Thanks to whoever resorted the top menu bar items by common use rather 
than alphabetical order. It's much saner now. I had to remove the "Trac" 
menu item because on Linux Firefox it was pushing the whole menu bar 
into two rows, and throwing off the rest of the page.

We could add a sidebar menu of common items, if we need more items than 
fit in the top menu bar.
