If you have a patch to submit, please file a ticket on our Trac instance at
https://trac.parrot.org/parrot/newticket, provide an explanation of the
purpose of the patch and attach the patch there. Trac is also the appropriate
place for new feature requests.
If you're having trouble adding a new file to Parrot, feel free to post an
incomplete patch to Trac with an explanation of what you're trying to do.
