FWIW, I fully expect (and intend) that PCT will eventually be written
in NQP, and that NQP will be sufficiently advanced to handle it.
If you've found a place where NQP fundamentally _wouldn't_ be able to 
do it, I'd be curious to know about it.  (I fully grant that NQP
can't do it in its present form, but I don't see why it's fundamentally
unable to do it.)
