Allison mentioned at one point calling it 'Parrot Aviary', and we just refer to it as 'Aviary' among project team members. IANAL of course, but my layman understanding of trademark law is that as long as we use the full name in public-facing text, we're good -- in the same way that both 'Microsoft Word' and 'Word' are used to refer to the same piece of software, but as long as the the long version is always used in consumer-oriented text, the trademark is still safe and unambiguous. > i always liked "plumage". :) That's also a good one! It also has a connotation of add-ons to the central Parrot rather than "other birds". -'f _______________________________________________ http://lists.parrot.org/mailman/listinfo/parrot-dev
