As of a few moments ago, we are now down to 199 RTs.
* If you own any RTs, please take a few minutes (before parrotsketch,
if possible) this week to either close them out by resolving them, or
by migrating them to TT. I've already pinged you on IRC. Folks that
haven't been around in a while, I've stolen your tickets.
If you migrate a ticket, put the url for the old ticket in the new
ticket and vice versa.
Reject the old ticket. (it's not resolved, so this is the best option)
If there's just small amount of comment, just put it all in a {{{ }}}
block in TT.
If there's a lot of discussion, summarize it as best as you can in TT.
Anyone wanting the full history will have the link. Be sure to mention
that this is just a summary.
If there is a reference to the RT in code, change it to a TT.
* If you're a committer who opened an RT that is currently unclaimed,
please do the same. We can't ask our users to do this, but we can
certainly move our own tickets.
There are a class of tickets that corresponded to TODO/XXX comments
that could probably be resolved by simply updating or removing the
original comment. However, if we don't have time to triage these
properly, just move them over to TT. I'd rather see all the tickets we
can't close in ONE ticketing system, rather than TWO.
If there are patches that don't apply, reject, ask for an updated patch in trac.
Some of these might even be resolved, and you can just mark them as
such (though I suspect I've gotten most of these already.)
