Parrot 2.0 comes out on Tuesday; please limit all trunk commits to:

        * NEWS updates
        * PLATFORMS updates
        * documentation patches
        * deprecation listings
        * critical bug fixes for HLLs
        * necessary test skips/TODOs

If a sane bug fix comes in for TT #1399 or #1401, please check with me before 
committing.  Otherwise, branches are always open for commits.
