Hello.
As part of proper (fsvo) encapsulation of GC I decided to split big
gc_encapsulate branch into smaller parts. Part 1 focused on passing
Memory_Pools pointer explicitly into related functions.
Branch is ready for testing and merging back to trunk. Testing on
non-usual[1] platforms are very welcome!

[1] Non-usual means non Linux/i386/gcc. Something like OS/2+VisualAge[2]
will be helpful.
[2] Ok, ok. It's not supported. But something like Win32, openbsd, etc
will be good enough.
