http://socghop.appspot.com/ and click on "Apply to Be a Mentor" on the lower left, which will allow you to see and comment on the various GSoC proposals. The more comments and feedback we can get about the Parrot-related proposals, the better. Make sure that you apply for the "TPF" organization.
