In #ps today, we discussed several outstanding branches. We'd like to start
merging branches rather than creating more, so we set some priorities.

dynop_mapping
=2.7 release =
gc_massacre
hash_allocator
hash_rethinking (new branch)
We need your help. Please join us in #parrot if you have time or interest or
ability (any of those) in helping merge these branches in that order.
