Commit bit for Stefan Seifert aka "nine"

Hi,

I'd like to nominate Stefan Seifert (IRC nickname "nine"), author of the 
green_threads branch, for a parrot commit bit.

Anybody else in favor? Christoph Otto indicated agreement so far.
