Howdy, I was setting up Parrot on a new machine, which I have done many times, but now I see that "make fulltest" now requires TAP::Harness::Archive (even if you aren't sending to Smolder). Is this on purpose? If so, the least we could do is give the user a nice message about how to install or find TAP::Harness::Archive.
Our other option to only require THA if something is being sent to Smolder, which seems to be more user-friendly behavior.
