Currently it looks like the GCC compile farm has 1 NetBSD and 1 OpenBSD machine. If you get an account with them, you'd at least have access to some *BSD, which I hope would help. See http://gcc.gnu.org/wiki/CompileFarm I don't know of any other places that do free shell accounts for open source purposes.
