Parrot has a distinction between "support" and "development" releases.
You can find the downloads here:
http://ftp.parrot.org/releases/supported/
http://ftp.parrot.org/releases/devel/
(also the version from which the releases were made are tagged in the
git repo, as RELEASE_5_0_0 for example)
