#29: Add more files to the tutorial

examples/tutorial/ contains some nice information but also has a lot of
holes where coverage is missing. We need people to add more small turorial
examples (With adequate POD documentation of them) on the following
subjects:
1) Basic PIR syntax
2) Loops and common control structures
3) Objects and classes
4) Multimethods
5) Various PMC classes
This is only a partial list of things that are needed. There are 34
tutorial files in this directory now, if we could increase that number to
50 (of decent quality) this ticket can probably be reevaluated and
resolved.
