Here's a patch to update Pod::Escapes and Pod::Simple to 1.04 and 3.07
respectively. The motivation for this is that I can consistently encounter
segfaults while running `make html` on my local setup. While asked on IRC,
nobody seems to suffer from this issue though.
After reviewing the history of the Pod::Simple version bundled with
Parrot, I took the liberty to reapply some patches, namely:
- Move from 2-args to 3-args version for open()
- Delete .pod files.
So this is not a "stock" version of the modules available on CPAN.
Locally tested, no errors found. And most importantly `make html` now
works as expected.
