#200: patch to quiet examples_tests

I had hoped we'd get all the broken examples (see t/examples/catchall.t)
fixed before the release, but it doesn't look good.
Attached, find a patch that adds a warning to all the files that don't
even compile. There's also a patch to catchall.t to prevent it from
complaining about files that we've documented as failing. (if someone
makes it pass, we'll get a TODO-pass in the test file).
Sent as a patch in case someone fixes the bugs before release, and to give
chromatic a chance to say "meh."
