New description:
This is a meta-ticket tracking the various website-y things in need of
updating. It represents the "web site updates" task on ParrotRoadmap.
Since Trac doesn't seem to have proper ticket dependency support, I'm just
going to maintain a list of child tickets in the description of this one.
Current list of child tickets:
#157 ([TODO] Merge parrotblog.org into parrot.org)
#165 (Disable [email protected] mailing list.)
#202 (parrotcode.org/docs/roadmap.html is empty)
#268 (Languages wiki page needs updating)
