#360: Problem with Parrot-0.9.1 Install for Win32

I installed both parrot and rakudo in my WinXP machine. Now when I
execute a script that was working in my previous parrot setup. I get this
error message:
C:\dev\perl6>perl6 hello.pl
"load_bytecode" couldn't find file 'PCT.pbc'
