Comment:
I leave part 1 (NEWS release headline) to someone else. We have time-
bounded releases but did not document it so far in NEWS. Maybe the
beginning of 2009 was a good start to follow this fashion. We'll discuss
this later, so I'm closing this, as the change of the NEWS headline
deserves its own ticket.
part 2, pbc_disassemble docs applied as r36927.
part 3, removal of the TT #255 leftover (r36698 cleanup) applied as
r36928.
