#408: "Current development release" on download page lags behind

On http://www.parrot.org/download the link "Current development release"
points to 0.9.0, also it should be 0.9.1 (unless there's some policy about
what we call a "development release" of which I know nothing).
To ensure that this doesn't happen again, we should either have automatic
testing or that link should be autogenerated; both could be done by
checking for the latest svn tag that looks like a release number.
