MANIFEST.generated''' list above when I noticed that Allison yesterday
added several files to ''MANIFEST.generated''. This suggests that there
are more criteria for 'dual-listing' a file than that suggested by
chromatic. It also suggests that we probably cannot develop an automated
tool to determine whether a file should be in ''MANIFEST.generated'' or
not, as it depends on the role of a particular file in the overall Parrot
build/install system.
