All the native_pbc tests were skipped until you unskipped them 6 months
ago. They will all remain skipped.
The tests that we run on the repository in the weeks (and months) before
the release must give an accurate measure of whether the tests will pass
in the released tarball. In the current process, platform testing before
the release is rendered meaningless by fundamental changes to what's
tested, made just before the tarball is created. That's simply not
acceptable.
