Will there be any way to tell people who look for Parrot on CPAN that it
has moved permanently?
I typed [http://search.cpan.org/dist/Parrot/
http://search.cpan.org/dist/Parrot/] into my browser, and
[http://search.cpan.org/~arandal/parrot-0.9.1/ version 0.9.1] was the
first that came up in the results. And it will stay that way until we
figure out a way to indicate that the bird has flown.
