Regarding the Configure system: Given that milestone 3.0 is nearly 2
years away, and given that that particular sub-task has no real champion
and no real plan, it's hard to see why there should be any fuss.
[Yes, I know there is no email-to-Trac to pick this up. That's ok. I'm
not adding useful content anyway :-].
