I've seen that the get_vtable functions call the update_vtable of the
parent, and the grandparent... It will be a cleaner schema if the parent
update called his parent update, and so on. That way, maybe we can even
avoid the #include "pmc_grandparent.h". I know this is generated code, but
even in that case reducing dependencies may be good.
