At rev# 38678, mingw32-make test failing, starting at t/dynpmc/foo with
missing entry point messages (abbreviated because they won't cut and
paste):
Parrot_Integer_absolute not in libparrot.dll
Parrot_default_add
Parrot_Sub_assign_pmc
