I re-TODO'd this in r38712 - the pass on some perls is incorrect; it IS a
todo test, and the fact that it's accidentally passing doesn't mean it
should be un TODO'd.
Thanks to cxreg++ on #perl, we can show that the behavior of this test
doesn't change from 5.8 to 5.10, but from 5.8.8 to 5.8.9.
