Granted, this would be a lot of work to get right. There are 52 `#IF`
statements in ''config/gen/makefiles/root.in''. But there are 460
instance of Makefile variables in a typical
''lib/Parrot/Config/Generated.pm''. And there are 9 such variables in a
typical ''config_lib.pasm''.
