Two basic functions of Packfile PMCs are non-functional:
1. Starting with a basic hello_world.pbc, loading it into memory with
Packfile PMCs, then just writing it back to disk, results in a non-
runnable .pbc file.
2. A basic hello_world.pbc cannot be constructed from scratch by just
using Packfile PMCs within a PIR program.
I will create individual ticket for each of these points, with detail on
reconstructing my experiments, and append the ticket numbers below.
