I rewrote t/op/00ff-dos.t to cut my teeth on some PIR. Unfortunately the
second test fails. As I understand the original, we just want to make
sure that we can handle printing out DOS strings (stuff that has \r\n and
stuff that has a CTRL+Z in it). Printing out the CTRL+Z fails. Any
ideas?
