Attached is a patch to convert t/library/uuid.t to PIR. It passes all the
tests in t/codingstd/.
Before (in perl):
Files=1, Tests=9, 0 wallclock secs ( 0.12 cusr + 0.11 csys = 0.23 CPU)
After (in PIR):
Files=1, Tests=20, 0 wallclock secs ( 0.08 cusr + 0.02 csys = 0.10 CPU)
