Replying to [ticket:1327 coke]:
> lib/Parrot/Test/Cardinal.pm and Perl6.pm belong to old languages/
implementations and can probably safely be removed.
I'll take the ticket. If there are no objections, I'll remove those two
files within the next 7 days.
