NQP's HLL::Compiler object contains an implementation of the import/export
interop specification given in the new draft of pdd31 (TT #566 and TT
#567). We now just need a few languages and/or libraries to make use of
the implementation to prove that it's sufficient for our immediate needs,
or to guide updates to the spec if needed.
Rakudo will be utilizing the new specification within the next week or so.
