The current status of these tests is that in r37394 (Mar 13 2009) Allison
added code skipping tests of files matching `examples/nci/sdl`. Currently
there is only one file matching that pattern:
''examples/nci/sdl_blue_rectangle.pir''.
What would be the next step for this tt?
