Problem confirmed. When I go to [http://www.parrot.org/download the
Download page], and click on [http://www.parrot.org/release/supported
Current supported release], I am taken to
ftp://ftp.parrot.org/pub/parrot/releases/stable/1.4.0/.
But wouldn't this require someone with admin privileges to fix?
