Reviewing tickets that have not been touched in many months, I came across
this patch and created the ''tt473_remove_memcpy_aligned'' branch in the
repository to evaluate it. It has passed `make test` (see
[http://smolder.plusthree.com/app/public_projects/report_details/31107
this Smolder report] for Linux/i386. Am currently running `make
fulltest`.
Can we get smoke tests of this branch on other i386 systems: Win32,
Darwin and FreeBSD in particular?
