I'm adding the newbie tag to this ticket since this is mostly a matter of
looking at a function to figure out how an argument is used, marking it
with the appropriate macros and running headerizer. It's also a good way
to gain a basic familiarity with Parrot by rooting around in its
internals.
The only tricky bit is that it's not obvious how this ticket can be
closed. I guess we'd need a test for that.
