Hello.
Last patch by lithos is exactly same as I proposed in
http://trac.parrot.org/parrot/ticket/1393#comment:18. We shouldn't even
try to "help" GC in this case.
If no one will complain I'll do exactly this and put RetContinuation into
DEPRECATED pool (because without manual delete there is no point to keep
it around).
