The ''one_make'' branch was merged into trunk in r43593. At the merge
point we are aware of one `XXX` in ''tools/dev/checkdepend.pl'' which will
trigger an error in ''t/codingstd/perlcritic.t''.
This ticket will TODO that and track fine-tuning of this program which is
planned by Coke.
