Thanks for the report. To open a new ticket, I'm afraid there is no email interface - you'll need to go to http://trac.parrot.org/, create an account, and then pick "New Ticket". Someone already did this for this issue, though (with a patch), which ended up getting applied in r46448 & r46470.
