As talked about in #ps on 29. June 2010, most Parrot devs would like to
see GPG-signed releases with accompanying SHA sums.
The release manager guide should be updated with how to do this. This
ticket will probably also require writing some tools to automate this
process and make it as painless as possible for release managers.
