Looks like you're actually using a language (rakudo perl 6?) to download
parrot for you.
Please try to remove the 2 parrot* directories in your rakudo checkout and
try to reconfig Rakudo.
There is a known problem with Rakudo's building of parrot - it just does
an svn update over the existing checkout, and occasionally that will fail
to build.
