I'm currently trying to get Rakudo work on MP as well and also working on
a MacPort for it. Being late to the game I wonder why we cannot simply
hard-code the given `--prefix` instead of the build path in
`config/init/hints/darwin.pm`? After all at least MacPorts installations
are not meant to be relocatable, so all the complex path fiddling is not
needed there anyways.
On the long run a proper fix might be nice though, e.g. when parrot gets
bundled in a Quartz / GUI app and is not installed into a default
location, but underkness Bundle.app/Contents/Libraries/, that would surely
make the life of the app developer / packager easier then.
