#1761: Inconsistent release tags

As I was trying to diagnose when a given module, data_json, had come on
the scene and its relation to json_group, I was trying to pull up all of
the release announcements to see if the movement/renaming/replacement of
the *json components was mentioned. However, when I clicked on the 2.7.0
'Releases' tag, I only saw four release announcements, 2.7.0, 2.1.0,
1.7.0, and 1.6.0. When I click on 'Releases' for, say 2.6.0, I get all
the other release announcements. It appears that the 2.7.0 etc.
'Releases' tag points to 'http://parrot.org/tags/releases', whereas the
2.6.0 etc. 'Releases' points to
'http://parrot.org/category/news/releases'. For clarity's sake, I would
suggest that there be a consistent tagging (or verification of the tags)
policy implemented.
