The following PIR program produces a segfault on my system (r48766):

This problem has apparently existed since at least Parrot 2.6.0. Lowering
the size of the array to 10,000 elements avoids the segfault, but in
Rakudo even much smaller list sizes (200) can cause weird things to
appear:
