I am +1 to gerd++'s merging of the scripts, which should default to
"make". Another possibility is to keep the scripts separate but have them
use the same backend code.
At the least, we need some basic tests for these scripts.
As for installing the scripts, I think they should have the word "parrot"
in them somewhere, such as "create_parrot_language", if we are going to
install them.
