Yesterday at #parrotsketch I suggested the idea of moving the OpenGL
bindings into their own repository. If that happens, the discussion as to
whether or not it is experimental is moot. See #1870 to track that issue.
Support at #parrotsketch for the move was mild. We may not end up moving
it if no more support is built up or if some people voice opposition.
