Fixed in 9d077eca238a6ed874270053384034187b580f08.
However, there is a larger issue here. ParrotLibrary objects are not
intended to be directly instantiated, and all internal uses have a
metadata hash attached. ParrotLibrary objects created in this naive way
will not emulate actual usages and will likely not interact well with the
rest of the system (as demonstrated by this bug).
