It turns out this is quite difficult to do at the moment, requiring
reimplementation of pbc generation altogether. There's not a reliable way
to achieve it with the existing POST->IMCC step.
Leaving this ticket as 'open' for now. When the option appears, it will
likely be in HLL::Compiler from nqp or nqp-rx.
