#2084: t/src/extend_vtable.t fails all tests with g++ build

 as of 3_2_0-146-g4ce2047

 there has been no change with g++ builds - they blow up completely.

 with gcc on Ubuntu 11.04 i386 beta there is no problem with an --optimize
 build, however I get a failure without --optimize.

 I got similar results on Ubuntu 10.10 i386 - except with the standard
 build (no --optimize) it returned SIGNAL 11 - which is a Segmentation
 fault (SIGNAL 139 is a Segmentation Violation).
